By using any product or service provided by Imogen Labs LLC ("Imogen Labs," "we," "us"), based in Duluth, Georgia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
These terms apply to: Eight.ly OS, HomelabARR CE, HomelabARR Mobile, NeuroHelper, and Operator Kit. They also apply to Agent Templates and the Imogen Playbook, which are retired and no longer sold.
Eight.ly OS is sold as a perpetual license, buy once: Single covers 1 node, Cluster covers up to 3. A year of updates is included; extending updates or going Lifetime is optional. Each license is tied to the node(s) it was purchased for. Redistribution of the software is prohibited.
HomelabARR CE is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it freely under the terms of that license.
HomelabARR Mobile is distributed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
NeuroHelper is a freemium iOS application. The free tier provides basic functionality. Premium features are available via Apple In-App Purchase subscription. NeuroHelper is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Purchased templates and playbook content are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them.
Operator Kit is released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it freely under the terms of that license.
All digital products are non-refundable after delivery. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, contact [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it.
All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imogen Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
