Eight.ly Suite
This applies to all products in the Eight.ly Suite: OS, Backup Server, Agent, Mobile, Stick, Nova AI, and Templates. All Eight.ly products run on your local hardware and your files stay there. Eight.ly OS checks for updates and, once activated, checks its license every day; it sends no usage data, file names or analytics. The full list of what it sends, and when, is on eight.ly/privacy.
HomelabARR CE
HomelabARR CE is self-hosted and open source. It runs locally on your server and sends no data to Imogen Labs.
HomelabARR Mobile
HomelabARR Mobile connects directly to your own HomelabARR server. No data is routed through or stored by Imogen Labs.
NeuroHelper
Chat messages in NeuroHelper are processed via the Claude API (Anthropic) and are not stored by Imogen Labs beyond the active session. Once your session ends, message content is not retained on our servers. Subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Early access
If you sign up for Eight.ly early access, we keep your email address for one thing: to tell you when Eight.ly OS opens and to send you the image first. We mail you once to confirm the address is yours, and every mail carries a link that removes you and deletes the address.
Earlier purchases
Payments for the retired products were processed through Stripe. Templates and playbook content were delivered by email. We store your email address for delivery and do not collect any other data.
Operator Kit
Operator Kit is open source and collects no data.
CF Companion
CF Companion is open source and runs entirely on your infrastructure. It communicates only with Docker and the Cloudflare API using credentials you provide. No data is sent to Imogen Labs.
IPAC
IPAC is a methodology and reference specification. The files are text documents stored in your own Git repositories. No data collection occurs.
